📋 Position Summary 📋 

Manage a pipeline of prospects and current clients to help them reach their financial goals, by effectively educating and conveying the value of our products, services, and training; ultimately resulting in increased new and cross-sales.

☑️ Assist customers with their questions regarding purchasing our other products and subscriptions.

☑️ Manage a sales pipeline by staying organized and submitting activity and results reports.

☑️ Document pertinent information learned on a day-to-day basis in company-wide knowledge-base, creating a streamline of information for all to benefit from.

☑️ Collaborate with other teams in such as Product Management and Customer Success to ensure exceptional service to our customers.

☑️ Work with Leadership, Operations, and Marketing teams to create new and continually improve sales resources such as scripting, emails, and FAQ.

☑️ Help resolve customer challenges by involving customer support to resolve any issues an existing customer may be having.

☑️ Participate in on-going training and professional development.

☑️ Always leave the client or prospect knowing we care about their success.

☑️ Answer customer questions, effectively educate, and overcome buying objections regarding our products and services.

☑️ Learn the key objections of buying a product and know exactly how to effectively overcome those objections.

☑️ Acquire a strong understanding of how to use our products and develop clarity regarding how other subscribers are experiencing success with our products and programs.

☑️ Work with others on the development of net new resources as well as the improvement of existing ones.

☑️ Track and identify trends in the results of customer engagement.

☑️ Analyze KPIs (Key Point Indicators) on your activity.



Education & Related Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this role:

☑️ Have a minimum of one year of customer service experience (preferably with SaaS)

☑️ Have a minimum of one year of sales experience with SaaS product 

☑️ Have a minimum of one year of remote work

☑️ Have an excellent command of the English language including exceptional written, conversational, and video presentation abilities.

☑️ Be highly motivated, organized, persistent, and results-oriented… yet patient and able to handle customer rejection

☑️ Be skilled in negotiation and comfortable/confident on the phone

☑️ Have a proven ability to create sales resource materials including, but not limited to scripts, emails, sales product overviews, etc

☑️ Adaptable and willing to learn in-house developed sales software

☑️ Able to work both independently and as part of a group towards a common goal

☑️ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.

☑️ Documented track record of continuous learning in a related field a plus.
